Tools to manage a beauty business

A guide to go from a specific doubt to the appropriate calculation, without scattered sheets or ambiguous metrics.

A management tool is useful when it turns a question into a verifiable decision. "Do I charge little?" you need a price calculation; «Can I reach €12,000?» you need capacity, scheduling and billing.

LashPro brings together calculators specific to beauty businesses. They do not replace professional judgment or tax or labor advice.

Which tool to use for each question

QuestionTool
Does my price cover costs, time and profit?Pricing calculator
How much do I really earn per hour?Hourly profitability
How many clients do I need for my goal?Goal Calculator
Does the package discount preserve margin?Packages calculator
Which service makes the best use of the agenda?Service comparator
Is my target compatible with the team, opening hours and treatment rooms?Revenue planner
How do I organize daily information?Professional templates

Route 1: build reliable prices

Start with a representative service and bring together invoices, dosing, real time and expenses. The calculator separates minimum viable, remuneration and business reserve to prevent everything that remains after the product from being called profit.

Then use profitability per hour and the comparator. This way you detect if an apparently high rate compensates for a long duration.

Route 2: convert a goal into an agenda

The goal calculator transforms a monthly amount into number of services and hours. The planner adds additional equipment, cabins, cancellations, and revenue to test whether the target fits within the capacity.

Route 3: Create packages without destroying margin

First calculate the viable unit price. Then enter the number of sessions and discount in the pack calculator. The result allows you to see the effective price per appointment and compare the client's savings with the remaining margin.

Do not use packages solely to collect payment in advance. Consider expiry, future capacity, cancellations and clearly communicated terms, while following applicable regulations.

What data to prepare

  • prices with and without VAT where applicable;
  • actual product consumption;
  • total agenda duration;
  • target hourly remuneration;
  • monthly fixed expenses;
  • volume and cancellations;
  • professionals, cabins and schedule;
  • additional sales separated by nature.

Accuracy does not require knowing every cent from day one. Start with marked hypotheses, measure for a month and replace them with data.

What to do after calculating

A result is not an automatic decision. Review assumptions, test scenarios and write down what you are going to change. A price increase, deposit policy or contract affects people and requires implementation, communication and follow-up.

The ecosystem behind LashPro

The tools in this application connect with two real and different activities:

  • LashPro is the store specialized in professional eyelash and eyebrow products. Use it to check current products, formats and prices when calculating costs.
  • Landi is the center where services are provided to end clients. Their team of seven professionals performs an average of approximately 400 Korean Lash Lifts per month according to the center's internal records. This experience provides operational context of agenda, protocols and cockpit work to platform management questions.

Landi's data describes its own activity - with a seasonal drop in August due to closure - and should not be interpreted as a sector average. None of these pages replace the formulas in the tool.

Start by calculating the price of a service or estimating how much the center should bill.

FAQ

Why isn't a generic spreadsheet enough?

It can be enough if it is well built. LashPro tools provide formulas and labels adapted to prices, times, VAT, capacity and beauty services, reducing common ambiguities.

Which tool should I use first?

If you don't know the viability of your rates, start with prices. If you already have reliable prices and want to plan the month, use goals or the income planner.

Do calculators replace an agency?

No. They are planning and management tools. For tax, labor, accounting or legal obligations you need official sources and appropriate advice.

Are the results universal recommendations?

No. They are calculated based on the data entered and transparent assumptions. You must review whether this data represents your operation and your tax situation.

Can I compare several services?

Yes. The comparator allows you to review up to four services with consistent criteria and order them by profitability and use of time.
